DuraMark provides UPS Ground shipping free of charge for all orders over $50. Otherwise, shipping charges are added to the order at check-out. UPS Next Day Air shipping is also available for an additional fee. Customer orders are processed immediately and an order confirmation email will be sent shortly after the order is submitted. Items will be shipped from DuraMark’s facility within 4 business days of the order. An order shipment notification with tracking information will be emailed on the day the order leaves DuraMark’s facility. Large orders may be divided into multiple shipments. All goods are sold F.O.B shipping point which means the transfer of ownership for the shipment occurs when the order leaves DuraMark’s facility.
Claims for damaged or lost product must be submitted with the carrier.
